Notes on inquiries by e-mail

• Depending on the nature of your inquiry, it may take some time to reply or we may not be able to reply.
• Inquiries received after our business hours or on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or when our office is closed) will be handled on the next business day or later.
• You will receive an automated confirmation email from us after your inquiry is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is possible that your email address was not entered correctly. If you are restricting domains that you can receive emails from, please arrange so that you can recieve emails from info@eightex.co.jp.
• The reply e-mail sent by our company is addressed to the individual customer. Please note that secondary use (reprinting, etc.) of part or all of the contents, or disclosure to a third party, is strictly prohibited.
