Q. How is Cinq Manieres Cube different from 5 manieres Prele?
A. Cinq Manieres Cube comes with a pocket to contain itself. All you have to do is roll and put it inside the pocket. This makes it so much easier for you to carry. The belts will no longer hang loose and trouble you! The material has changed from mixed cotton to a light and thin polyestel, which makes Cinq Manieres Cube as light as 350g. SHADAN (R) and water-repellent fabric will also make you feel comfortable while stepping outside, and taking a walk.
Q. I have lost the manual. Could you send me a new copy?

Q. Which baby carrier is the one you can use for the longest period of time?
A. Our recommendation would be Cinq Manieres Cube , which allows to carry a baby in 5 different ways.
Q. Which baby carrier should I choose if I have some tensions on my upper back?
A. Moddad or 2 Way Waist Belt Carrier comes with a thick shoulder pat and a waist belt, which we believe makes it easier for you to carry.
Q. I usually use a stroller as a main tool to carry my baby, so I only need a baby carrier when he / she starts crying or not in a good mood. What would be your recommendation?
A. We would recommend Cinq Manieres Cube or Carry Free Compact. They are pocketable and thus will not require much space nor are heavy.
Q. I will share the baby carrier with his / her Dad. Which one do you recommend for Dads?
A. All of our products are unisex and designed so that both mother and father can use. It has been tested at pre-production stage with a male of height 1.8m, weighing 75kg.
Q. I am using one of your baby carriers, and the buckle is broken. Can you help me get it fixed?
A. We will first review the condition and see if we can repair it, so please contact us first and then send it to our office. (Please kindly note that wee cannot accept cash on delivery) Also, we ask you to cover the shipping fee when we return the item to you. Q. I have lost the pillow that was originally attached to Cinq Manieres Cube and/or 5 manieres Prele Is there a way to purchase?

A. Yes. Even the products that says “Handwash” on its name tags, can be washed with machine on “Low” or “Handwash” mode.

Q. Is it available overseas?

Q. I own a ‘huguenot SHADAN Cape’, but the clip has been broken. Could it be repaired?
A. We will first run an inspection, so please contact us first and then send it to our office. Q. Is 5 manieres foldable?
A. Yes, it is. The item has no waist belt, so it gets very compact as you fold it. You can find out how to fold from the following video (External link.)
Q. I cannot fold the CARRYFREE 2WAY Waist Belt Carrier the way it was originally packed in the bag.

Q. I do not see a “Carry Free” logo on the chair belt I purchased online. Is this an official product from Eightex?
A．We are afraid it is not. Please contact the shop / supplier that you bought from.

Q．I have mitakenly put the refrigerant gel pack to the freezer. What should I do?
A．There is no worries as the frozen refrigerant gel pack will slowly melt and return to its original state. If you are in urge to use it right away, you could expose the pack to hot water (40 degrees).
Q．The filling inside the refrigerant gel pack is getting hard. What can I do to make it stop?
A．ジIt happens when the liquid inside the gel evaporates and gets dry. Since the refrigerant gel is expendable, please consider purchasing another one once it gets dry. If you wish, please contact us and let us know how many you wish to buy and where you live, so that we can send it to you.contact
